Return and Refund Policy

Due to food safety regulations, this product is not eligible for return. As it is an ingestible item, returns are not accepted to prevent potential health and safety risks.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or a replacement. To do so, please submit your request through “Your Orders”, including clear images of the product and the visible defects.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will proceed with the corresponding refund or replacement according to our evaluation process.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the established timeframe. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part.
